thank you for the kool-aid idea I use coloured markers, i can get wonderful variegated affects from them and also use 3 strands of embroidery floss for flowers and leaves can be same shade or again varied to give a more realistic effect

I’m going to do this for sure. I’ve always wondered if one could dye things in beet juice. I eat pickled beets & when I’m done, I just hate to throw out the juice. Thanks for the in depth instructions & pics.
