Being the new mommy that I am I just can’t stop making crochet patterns. It’s official, I am a crochet addict. Do they have rehab for that? I am constantly searching the site for baby crochet patterns and of course I love them all and there’s just not enough time. From baby hats, to blankets, animals and headbands, I’ve made them all. My latest project though? You’re going to fall in love with. All the way from South Africa, ok not really, more like all the way from Red Heart Yarns is this adorable Giraffe Pillow. From the brown spots on its back to the mane on its neck, the details of this crochet pillow are perfect.
Can you just imagine all the fun you can have with this crochet design? Picture all the different crochet colors you can choose from to make an exotic giraffe pillow. Me personally, I didn’t like the leaves all that much so I didn’t include it in the design. And since I crocheted it for my little girl I used a beautiful purple color. This would look great in any little girl or boy’s room. Heck, this pillow doesn’t even have to be for a child. If you know someone who loves giraffes or African animals then this would be perfect for them. This crochet pillow can be one of those unique home decor pieces that can definitely start a conversation. Know someone with a birthday coming up? No problem!
If you’re not keen on crochet animal pillows, we still have a ton of baby crochet patterns to choose from on the site.
