Gift 6: How to Make a Loom Knit Christmas Ornament
The Crochet Crowd’s Loom Knitting Video Host, Kristen Mangus, is back again this week for another free video tutorial on how to make Christmas Ornaments using your loom knitting tool. Kristen uses a Figure 8 wrapping techniques, which I have never seen before. She uses a white styrofoam ball, felt, jingle bells, and of course, yarn. If she were to do this, off camera, she would have prepared the ball first before applying the yarn around the ball. The white ball against the red yarn makes it easier for you to see what she is doing.

i’ve seen various forms for loom knitting, but have never used one since my dad made me a spool loom [thread spool and little nails]about 65 years ago. i made great lengths of icord and used it for everything stringy.
